How to Beat Man Coverage with Trips Formations

Any trips formation with three receiver spread on one side of the QB, and the HB and TE compressed on the other can beat man coverage with this alignment trick. Choose any passing play in one of these formations with the following setup:

Setup
1. Motion the HB out side
2. Put the HB on a slant route
3. Put the TE on a drag route or block him
4. Adjust the rest of the receivers any way you like

As the HB makes his cut on the slant route, he will have inside leverage against his defender allowing for an easy completion.
