How to Beat Man Press with a Rub Route

You can beat press coverage by using Gun Bunch Wide Drag Curl in order to create a rub route. The TE flat route will usually make contact with the outside CB which prevents him from following his man. You can pass the ball to the outside receiver early in the play or wait until he cuts across the middle on his post route.
