This 33 Cub (formerly known as 335 Wide) defense is a collaboration between ibestrafing and antcap. This defense is designed to generate quick pressure against opposing QBs without being predictable.
This gameplan teaches you several effective blitzes, a variety of zone coverage schemes, hybrid coverages, match coverages, and how to effectively mix in man coverage to keep your opponents guessing. You will also learn how to lock down inside and outside runs, all from disguised presnap looks.
