Boogz recommends the following abilities if you're building a MUT lineup to run his offense:

QB: Hot Route Master
LTs: Two Edge Protectors
Outside WRs: Route Technician
Slot WR: Slot-o-matic

If you're playing Regs or CFM, obviously you're going to have to use a subset of this. Boogz provides options on many setups for those of you that do not run Hot Route Master.
