You can stop PA Boot Over from Gun Bunch TE by containing the QB and preventing the rollout. They key is to make sure the widest blitzing defender on the side the QB wants to roll out towards is in a blitz assignment. The defender inside of him on the line should have the contain assignment. This will bring quick pressure from the edge when the QB leaves the pocket.
